Collegiate Peaks Vacation Homes offers convenient flexibility for those who want to stay a week or longer: We can close off portions of the big house if you want just two bedrooms and two baths, a gas fireplace, etc. And you get to choose from new king or twin beds in all accommodations.

Fully furnished and equipped with everything you’ll need. Your stay is effort-free, yet you have all the perks of a privately owned, spotlessly clean, lovingly cared for residence. We’re the only fully licensed vacation home company in the town of Buena Vista — and we enjoy pampering our guests!

Need a home for a month or more?

We pay all the utilities (plus provide free wireless high speed Internet, cable TV and FREE long distance calling anywhere in North America!) For your convenience, full yard maintenance is included for long-term guests. Living with us is easy, convenient, comfy. (We’ll even consider welcoming your well-behaved pet for an extra nonrefundable cleaning deposit.)

Hike the nearby moutain trails or experience epic peak bagging as you climb the largest collection of "fourteeners" in the U. S. Then soak your weary bones in one of our two local hot springs. By the way, we're becoming a mountain biking Mecca. And less than an hour away is fantastic, affordable skiing, snowboarding, sledding, snow shoeing, snow mobiling, even Snowcat Tours!
